Friday Inspiration: Better to Fail in Originality than Succeed in Imitation

"It's better to fail in originality than succeed in imitation." -Herman Melville Keep trying your own ideas. It's the only way to find what truly inspires you and you'll end up with something much more valuable than if you imitate others.

Can you truly be content with success based on imitation, anyway? That kind of success isn't sustainable because you need that spark of personality or something different that helps you stand out. That differentiating factor.

I'd love to hear your thoughts in the comments!
