Natural Remedies for PMS & Cramps Possibly TMI, but I get very, very sick and feel like I'm dying during this time each month...so hopefully I'll figure something out during my research to help others!
How To Meet People In A New City I've moved a few times in the past few years and now I work from home, so this can be challenging! I find the best way to meet people is to just get out of your comfort zone and approach them.

I found this instagram account through TWOLA -- beautiful poetry I love anyone who supports this group. To Write Love on Her Arms is amazing.
My Life Lately According to Instagram...
+ I survived and didn't get eaten by an alligator! I want to go again.
+ We spent Saturday morning walking around the Auburn University campus (where a friend works). This coffee shop was so cute. I loved everything about it + I think I thoroughly creeped this guy out. So, in return, please check out their kickstarter campaign. bit.ly/papercupau
+ I spent Friday in Atlanta...why would I do anything other than take a #kaleselfie?
+ Back to Saturday morning (my birthday). Yes, I realize these pictures are out of order. After this we got free breakfast and mimosas at a restaurant in Opelika. Then I headed to Montgomery to swim with some other friends for the rest of the day. On Sunday night, a neighbor threw me a little surprise party (only cake I had for my birthday, actually) and we stayed up way too late laughing and sharing stories. I have to say it was a great birthday weekend!
+Now on to a serious note... Turning 26 means I'm kicked off my dad's health insurance (so thankful I was on it for that long!). But how do I determine which health insurance is good? Apparently the one I enrolled in that starts in September isn't even accepted at Walgreens...so uh, now what? I think I need to join/create a support group for self-employed people because this stuff is not easy to navigate!
